Why Should I Hire a Property Manager?
To save yourself time and money, especially if you're an investor. While owning a property and renting it can be lucrative, it can also be time consuming. Property managers can take on the situations you may find yourself dealing with when you own a property you rent out.
What are your Management Fees?
Our standard fee is 10% of the monthly rent, which is significantly lower than most.
Am I Charged a Fee while my Home is Vacant?
There is a fee of $50 a month for vacant properties. Your property is checked and maintained while waiting for the right resident.
Do You Have an Early Termination Fee?
There is an early termination fee if the management contract is canceled during the initial term. This fee is 1/2 a month's rent, which again, is significantly lower than most.
Will You Let Me Know Before you Make Any Repairs or Authorize Any Work to be Done?
We will spend what is necessary to keep the property in a fit and habitable condition. (Keeping a property clean while trying to rent is key!) If there are any repairs that exceed $300 we will require your approval. If a repair is deemed an emergency (air conditioning, floods, etc.) prior approval may not be needed.
