I just wanted to write you a quick note and thank you for all you did to help us get into our new home.  We appreciate all you did for us.

Also, we would like for you to contact the previous owners on our behalf to thank them for such a beautiful home.  They took great care of their house and we feel fortunate to have found the diamond in the rough – there is a lot of garbage on the market these days…  And thanks to the Jones’ for the champagne they left for us!  We hope the transition into their new home went well and we wish them the best of luck in the future.  How is her finger?!
